Weight loss without pills in 11 simple steps 2018

The common mistake for the people who wants to burn the extra fat and shape their bodies is:

they are not organized and consistent.

It's normal because most of them are busy - they are working, studying, taking care for their families. As a result their attempt is doomed to failure. and they are not guilty.

I was in the same position many years ago. I can describe my experience like this:

You are in a different country, you don't know the language and not much about the culture. You have a goal to visit a city that you can't even pronounce and to find a place that you don't know like a name. Surely you will need ocean of times, good motivation and you need more than luck to succeed.

Do you think that chances of success are good :) Personally I don't think so. Now imagine that somehow you get a GPS with ordinates and instructions. Maybe this time the odds are with you. So I'll try to be your GPS and here are the steps to reach your goal:

  • find what is your optimal weight and how much should be burnt.
  • calculate the caloric intake for your age, daily activity and gender.
  • prepare realistic nutrient and daily activity plan.
  • decrease slowly your daily calorie intake by a small number day by day until you reach your target caloric intake.
  • eat breakfast and do morning gymnastics
  • include activities that burn calories: walking, riding a bicycle, climbing stairs, running, swimming.
  • change bad habits with good, junk food with natural one, laziness with active life.
  • relax - your body needs to reload your energy.
  • sleep enough in order to recover your body and prepare it for the new day.
  • every month do corrections and analysis on steps 2, 3, 4.
  • Be smart. If something is wrong or unexpected consult with a doctor or paraprofessional.

Print this steps and follow them for several months. Change them to your personal preferences and enjoy the new way of life. And remember that: the beginning will be difficult like pushing a car. The first meter is very difficult but with every meter is going to be easier!
